[Feedback] Degraded model reasoning and proactive behavior since mid-February

Question

**Bug Description**
Opus has become "more mid" since mid Feb... it doesn't rebuild and redeploy servers after changes anymore and doesn't watch my back when I forget things anymore and also doesn't suggest amazing architectural solutions proactively anymore... I have to keep asking it to give me suggestions and improvements... and it feels like I have to hold its hand each time. Don't get me wrong, it's still the best model for coding IMHO and the team deserves every bit of credit for Opus... wh
