Remote Control: Cannot use Claude Code CLI on terminal while remote session is active

While a Remote Control session is active on my machine, I cannot use Claude Code terminal commands. The terminal appears to be blocked/unavailable for Claude Code interaction.
Expected behavior: Should be able to use both terminal commands and remote devices concurrently.
Environment:
- macOS
- Claude Code (Remote Control feature)
- Active remote session from desktop/mobile
