[FEATURE] Continue a previous session under remote-control

Problem Statement

I want to start remote-control on my previous session and continue in mobile app.
The problem is -c option cannot be combined with remote-control one.

If I start claude -c first, then select /remote-control command it only shows me a web link w/o option to "press space to see QR"

Proposed Solution

Either

Make combination -c and remote-control CLI options valid

OR

Add "Show QR" code option to /remote-control command

OR both :)
