[Bug] Multiple issues with memory project functionality and Opus model handling

Bug Description
a lot of bugs too much! i cant compact use normaly. a lot of errors. a lot of mistackes works with memory project. opus last time 25.02.2026 is so biggest shit. very very very bad claude team... that is very rude
