Bug Description
Feature request: Add a --name flag to set a session display name on startup (e.g. claude --name "my-feature-branch"), and/or a claude rename <session-id> <name> subcommand for scripting. Currently session naming is only possible interactively via /rename, which makes it impossible to automate (e.g. auto-naming sessions to the current git branch via a SessionStart hook or shell wrapper).
