[BUG] API Error

What's Wrong?

I'm seeing frequent API Error: 500 (internal server error) during tool use, particularly with Task sub-agents.

What Should Happen?

Claude shouldn't encounter this error and stop working. Evey time this happens, the system stop and does nothing.
