Intermittent API 500 errors

Getting frequent 500 Internal Server Error responses from the API during normal Claude Code CLI usage.

Environment:

• Claude Code CLI
• Linux (Ubuntu/Pop!_OS)
• Model: claude-opus-4-6

The errors are intermittent and disrupt workflow. No changes on the client side — appears to be a server-side issue.
