got this error more than 10 times in the last minutes, I can't work like this. fix this please!

Because this happens frequently and some of us pay $200 a month to not be able to use this product.
On top of that, they offer essentially no support at this price range, so people get frustrated and make their frustrations known here.
On top of that, their status page has not even been updated to acknowledge that an issue even exists.
I mean, I pay that too, but it was down for like 5 minutes.

not sure if im hallucinating (lol) but, sonnet seems to not be inducing the 500 error
