[BUG] Claude chat doesnt open for me, and its stuck on restart

What's Wrong?

Claude Code doesnt work for me in VS studio code, i install the exstenion , and when i try to open Claude Code it is stuck on this page:

What Should Happen?

Its supposed to show me the claude code opened, and im supoosed to be able to use it freely

Steps to Reproduce

Press CTRL + P
Select >Claude Open in a new Tab

and it will give me the error message from there, and if it doesnt give me the error message it be stuck on a blank claude chat that doesnt let me use it
