[BUG] claude remote-control fails on Windows: "bad option: --sdk-url"

Body:
Claude Code 2.1.55, Node.js v22.17.1, Windows 11 Pro.
claude remote-control fails immediately with:
"C:\Program Files\nodejs\node.exe: bad option: --sdk-url"
Tested in both PowerShell and Git Bash - same result.
Auth: claude.ai Max plan.
