[BUG] Malformed UI

Bug Description

I've been using Claude Code a lot for the last 2 months. I'm on Windows 10, using Claude Code with Windows Terminal, sometimes on local WSL and sometimes on a remote Ubuntu machine through SSH. Recently something happened where the Claude Code UI shows all deformed. Example screenshot:

When I type text, it appears at the bottom, and pressing enter doesn't cause Claude Code to accept it. I tried updating, reinstalling, nothing helped. This happens on both my machines. Current version is 1.0.38, native.
