[FEATURE] Ability to Install Shared Skills

Problem Statement

My team would like to share SKILLS we write within the team. We created a repo to keep them central.

Proposed Solution

It would be great if we have the option to install skill from repos. e.g.

claude skill install --from <github-repo>

Alternative Solutions

Right now, we have to clone the repo and copy the skill files manually w/ a script.
