Feature Request: Managed MCP Servers

Akin to managed policy settings for enterprise deployment, it would be useful to have the ability to additively configure MCP servers at the root path as a complement to user/project-level MCP configurations. This would make enterprise deployment and adoption simpler, as common MCPs could be propagated to developers via MDM or similar.
Managed slash commands would be of use for similar reasons.
