[Bug] Shell expansion false positive for paths with parentheses/dollar signs in filenames

Bug Description
i am using react router, so some of my route files have parenthese and dollar signs in them. example: app/routes/app.$slug.api.checks.($id).ts. this causes claude to think "Shell expansion syntax in paths requires manual approval" and i have to approve every ls command, even though i have allowed it in my setting.json file.
