Add the ability to switch to light mode in the Admin tool.
Description
Currently, the Admin tool does not provide an option to toggle between dark mode and light mode. Users should be able to switch to a light mode theme for better readability and personal preference.
Use Case
- Users working in bright environments may prefer a light mode interface
- Accessibility: some users find light mode easier to read
- Consistency with other tools that offer theme switching
