[Bug] Session hangs with frozen token count and model output

Bug Description
The sessions keep getting stuck. the timer continues but the token count freezes and so does the model/output. hard reset everything, reduced sessions, updated, everything but this has been happening for 2 days now. have a lot of quota still on the max plan so thats not the issue, not an internet issue. doesnt seem like a laptop issue
