[BUG] Long Processing Time

What's Wrong?

When using Claude Cli or Claude extension, usually it takes about 5 mins to complete a task, or 15 mins to complete a complex tasks. This past two days, its taking about 30 mins to o complete a task and 2 hours to complete a complex task.

What Should Happen?

The time to complete a task should decrease.

Error Messages/Logs

There is no output errors/logs that is being produced.

Steps to Reproduce

Just create a tasks like adjusting a code base with many components, or a complex tasks.
