[BUG] SSH browser preview in desktop Claude Code app

What's Wrong?

When using SSH mode on the desktop Claude code app, the prompt "Start the dev server" doesn't open the Preview panel and instead returns "The server is running on http://localhost:3000".

What Should Happen?

Claude should open the preview url supplied by the ssh server in the inline preview window in the Claude app.
