What's Wrong?

My Claude Pro account (Organization ID: de21f098-0b7c-4de5-8af6-2415069720b6) was disabled without any warning or explanation. I have been a paying Pro subscriber for approximately 1 year, based in Taiwan. I have never used Claude Code, never authorized any third-party application, never shared my account, and never received any policy violation warning. My usage is extremely low — only a few conversations per month. My last login before today was February 6, 2026.

This is not a Claude Code issue specifically, but I have no other way to reach Anthropic engineering. The appeal form and support email have received no response.

What Should Happen?

My account should not have been disabled. I expect immediate reinstatement and a specific explanation for the ban.

Additional Information

I am posting here because Anthropic's official support channels (appeal form, support email) have not responded. This issue affects claude.ai, not Claude Code. I am a legitimate paying customer in a supported region (Taiwan) with no policy violations. Screenshots of the error and my active sessions are attached.
