Status line shows 'Opus 4' instead of 'Opus 4.6' for claude-opus-4-6 model

Description

The Claude Code status line displays "Currently using Opus 4" when the model ID is claude-opus-4-6 (Opus 4.6). The human-friendly label appears to truncate or simplify the version number.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run Claude Code v2.1.16 with model claude-opus-4-6
  2. Observe the status line at the bottom

Expected behavior

Status line should say "Currently using Opus 4.6"

Actual behavior

Status line says "Currently using Opus 4. Opus 4.5 is our best model for coding · /model to upgrade"

Screenshot

The model ID line correctly shows claude-opus-4-6 but the status text shows just "Opus 4".
