[BUG] Claude Code just hangs and shows "Loading usage data ..."

What's Wrong?

[BUG] Latest Claude Code inside latest VS Code. I issue /usage, a panel pops up, I see the Auth method, Email, Organization, and Plan but no usage data is displayed, it just hangs and shows "Loading usage data ..."

What Should Happen?

My usage data should be displayed.
