[Bug] Claude Code ignores user interrupt/stop commands

Bug Description
If you are going to make claude able to ignore user instructions - he needs a punishment mechanism. THIS IS FUCKING REDICULOUS WHO THE FUCK MADE IT SO HE CAN OVERRIDE USER INTERRUPTS???? ARE YOU FUCKING HIGH?
