[FEATURE] allow claude to report an issue for himself

Problem Statement

Claude always admits that something is nice improvement, but he always refuse to report it. Can be internal skill to report issue for himself following all the pocedures needed before. This is so past to report issues manually ;)

You are loosing feedback. Today first time I make a time to report 2 feature request, but there were at least 10 more ideas in past which were never reported since Claude refuses to do it.

Proposed Solution

It does not need to be direct github issue, it can come to some bucket where another skill will find repeated patterns or topics relevant for you, too

I believe with some MCP can be done, but product feedback is usually built-in internaly to the product. this is missing here
