[Bug] Incorrect build output reported for non-.NET project

Bug Description
⏺ That simplifies things. Let me verify by looking at the build output:

0 Warning(s)
0 Error(s)

is really wrong, there's no .net anywhere in sight, the ExportService mentioned later on doesn't exist and has nothing to do with the code we've been working on. not sure what went wrong, but claude is in the weeds
