[Feature Request] Allow Plan Mode in SDK version (when using -p option)

Plan mode is extremely useful.

Can there be a CLI flag for using plan mode in the non-interactive version?

Something like:
--planning

Then session could be resumed either with or without the --planning flag for the next SDK request.
