I have the same thing:

OS: Windows 11 Pro, 25H2, Build 26200.7840
Symptom: CoworkVMService crashes immediately, no log file created, Claude reports "Virtualization not enabled"
5x EventID 1 from CoworkVMService in Application log; Get-VM returns nothing; all virtualisation correctly configured (Hyper-V enabled, hypervisorlaunchtype Auto, vmcompute running)
No log file created
Empty crash messages

I had same issue I checked the logs file in %APPDATA%\Claude\logs. OneDrive was causing the issue for me. Working now for me after fixing a conflicting document folder issue

Thanks for the heads-up. I identified and resolved my OneDriveconfiguration
issue, too.
Thank you very much!

I had the same issue.
I solved it using the MSIX installation:
https://support.claude.com/en/articles/12622703-deploy-claude-desktop-for-windows

Install for single user ``powershell Add-AppxPackage -Path "Claude.msix" ``

Same here, but under Mac OS 26.3 (25D125).
Uninstalled several times, deleted all files mentioning "claude" or "anthropic", rebooted, reinstalled, cleared caches and temp files, but nothing works.
