Stuck CLI Command Causing 400 API Error with Tool Use Blocks

Bug Description
When any cli call gets stuck i.e. it doesn't exit like when running mkdir or npm create etc where the cli might be waiting for a user input (not sure why it stuck at mkdir) and when I cancel the command - to manually run the command. I see 400 api error tool_use blocks must being with a matching number of toolresult block
