[BUG] Image with space not found

What's Wrong?

When i try to link an image with whitespace in name to add some context with space for example a screenshot
Name : "Capture d'écran 2026-02-12 à 20.06.43.png"
Claude cannot find the image i need to rename it without whitespace

What Should Happen?

Claude should read the image

Le fichier n'existe pas à cet emplacement. L'utilisateur a probablement mis la capture d'écran dans un autre dossier. Cherchons-la.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a screenshot with whitespace in name
2. Mention it in claude chat
3. Error should happen
