[Bug] Context limit reached prematurely with image input on Claude Opus 4.6

Bug Description
Since Opus 4.6 I get quite a lot of "Context limit reached · /compact or /clear to continue" despite being at like 40-60k context used of 200k. Probably happens only when I paste an image (normal screenshot). It seems random.
