[Feature Request] Add customizable markdown styling in JetBrains IDE output panel

Resolved 💬 3 comments Opened Feb 12, 2026 by MichielDx Closed Mar 12, 2026

Bug Description
The Claude Code plugin output panel in JetBrains IDEs renders markdown (e.g. inline code with backticks), which is quite unreadable when using light mode. Currently there's no way to customize the colors or styling of these rendered markdown elements. It would be great to have settings to control the appearance of inline code, headings, links, etc. in the output panel — either through dedicated plugin settings or by respecting the IDE's editor color scheme more granularly.
