IntelliJ IDEA 2025.1.2 (Ultimate Edition) ESC may lag for a long time

When I enter a command in IDEA and realize the command is incorrect, I try to exit by pressing ESC. After pressing ESC twice, it does exit the response, but then it freezes for a long time and doesn't let me enter a new command. It stays frozen for a long time—I can't send anything with Enter, and Shift + Enter doesn't create a new line. I really can't understand why it freezes for so long. Additionally, I've noticed the same issue in compilers like Cursor; it still freezes for a long time. The code version I'm using is 0.1.11-beta.
