[Bug Report] Unable to process request - no details provided

Bug Description
Feedback option isn't working. As I start typing it says "feedback cancelled". Claude has been extremely slow, sometimes thinking for 5+ minutes even for simple tasks. If only that meant it would deliver an amazing job, but it's been meaning the opposite. I might go back to Opus 4.5 because 4.6 has been lazy, sloppy and introducing so many errors and bugs with its sloppy approach.
