[BUG] Claude code desktop app installation (msix package) bug

What's Wrong?

Trying to install the latest Claude code desktop app for windows. the MSIX install fails with error 0x800706D9 because the windows.firewallRules extension can't register when the Firewall service isn't fully operational, and this blocks installation entirely with no fallback
The "Claude Setup.exe" installation program ends up with the attached error pop up screenshot

A succesful installation of the Claude code desktop app
