[Bug] Claude fails to complete all tasks in multi-section instruction files on first pass

Bug Description
i have a instructions file where i write latest improvements or bugs and keep it updated with latest date of edit for each block. Sometimes Claude does only half the work. It creates database objects, apis but misses to build the fe widget although it had been described in detail. After, pointing at this error, Claude completes the task fully
