[Bug] Rule file fails to load when glob pattern fails to resolve any path

A rule file will fail if any of the gobs fail to resolve a path. If you have more than one path glob and it fails to resolve to a real path, it will won't load the entire rule file even if other path globs in the rule file are valid.
