What's Wrong?

Claude has fabricated an answer using my style of writing, instead of waiting for an answer. Its not that it coded something without my permission.It copied my words and wrote an answer as if I answered it. and proceeded to work on that answer it wrote to itself.

Im using opus 4.6 high

What Should Happen?

Well certainly it should not Copy me. This is really disturbing.

it was a normal conversation regarding editing an agent for git purposes. It just didnt wait for me to answer the questions
