Problem Statement

claude --continue and claud --resume are great ways to get back older sessions and continue from, however, the options are based on the very first message/question and the time last used.
It would be great to have an option to tag or name the sessions to be able to return to it.

Proposed Solution

There should be a slash command to tag the session with a friendly name or Claude should come up with one based on the work done in that session so that users can continue or resume where they left off if they exited from it.
