[BUG] timeout issue when tasked to change favicon.svg

Bug Description

Tasked CC to replace favicon.svg with icon from a *.tsx. If does the task, asks Do you want to make this edit to favicon.svg?, and crashes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a React.FC icon in a *.tsx
2. Crate a temporary favicon.svg
3. Ask claude to replace the icon

Expected Behavior

Stuck at Do you want to make this edit to favicon.svg? for me to choose Y/N

Actual Behavior

Crashes
