Bug Report

The /insights command crashes with a TypeError.

Error

TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'Object.keys(b)')

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run /insights in Claude Code CLI

Expected Behavior

The /insights command should display insights without errors.

Actual Behavior

Command fails immediately with the TypeError shown above.

Environment

  • Platform: macOS (Darwin 24.6.0)
  • Date: 2026-02-09
