[FEATURE] Claude Code sessions should be able to clone submodules from other repos the GitHub App has access to.

Problem Statement

I have a project A in my organization that uses project B as a submodule.
Both project A and project B live in my organization.

When I launch an agent on the sandbox on project A, it is unable to pull project B as a submodule.
This prevents me to be able to compile my code.

Proposed Solution

I'd like the proxy from the sandbox in https://claude.ai/code to have access to all the repos I gave access to in the Claude code app at organization level.
This should work seamlessly without having to adding secrets manually
