[BUG] process name should be `claude` (or similar) rather than `$version`

What's Wrong?

Running claude starts a process named 2.1.37. This is surprising. I expect to see a process named claude in Activity Monitor and when scanning tmux window titles.

What Should Happen?

The process should be named claude (or similar).
