C:/Program Files/Git/teleport command not available in v2.1.37 on Windows

Bug Description

The /teleport command does not appear in Claude Code v2.1.37. It is not listed in available commands and does nothing when typed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install/update Claude Code to 2.1.37 on Windows
2. Type /teleport
3. Command is not recognized or listed

Expected Behavior

/teleport should be available as a usable command.

Troubleshooting Attempted

• Updated to latest version (2.1.37)
• Logged out and back in
• Ran /doctor — no issues reported

Is this command Windows-supported, or is it currently limited to macOS/Linux?
