[BUG] Agent teams hang claude code

What's Wrong?

Every so often agent teams hang Claude Code.

What Should Happen?

It shouldn't hang.

Error Messages/Logs

There are no error. The system just hangs. The animation stop, the time counting the session time stops, and nothing happens. The process is hung.

Steps to Reproduce

Create an agent team and wait.

Additional Information

I don't know how to obtain more debug info but this smells to me like a race condition. I am surprised not to find already an issue about this because it has been happening consistently at least since 2.1.34
