[Bug] Bash permission "git commit *" incompatible with heredoc syntax

Question

**Bug Description**
The permission "Bash(git commit \*)" doesN't work with Claude's heredoc. "Bash(git commit:\*)" works, but presumably the ":*" syntax is deprecated.
