## Bug Description When using the `/model` command in Claude Code CLI, the Claude Opus model is displayed with the name "Default" instead of "Opus" (or "Claude Opus 4.6"). ## Steps to Reproduce 1. Open Claude Code CLI 2. Run `/model` 3. Observe the model list ## Expected Behavior The Opus model should be labeled as "Opus" or "Claude Opus 4.6" in the model selection list. ## Actual Behavior The model appears labeled as "Default" instead of its actual name. ## Environment - **OS:** Window
