Publish Claude Code's color theme as a VS Code extension

Feature Request

I really like the color scheme / syntax highlighting theme that Claude Code uses in its terminal diff viewer. It would be great if this theme were published as a VS Code extension so users could apply it to their editor.

Motivation

Claude Code has a distinctive, easy-to-read dark theme with nice syntax highlighting. Being able to use the same color scheme across both Claude Code's diffs and my VS Code editor would provide a more consistent development experience.

Suggestion

Publish the Claude Code color theme as a VS Code color theme extension on the VS Code Marketplace, or document the hex color values used so users can recreate it.
