[BUG] Windows: Random keyboard input drops and unexpected session termination (PowerShell + CMD)

What's Wrong?

Title: Windows: Random keyboard input drops and unexpected session termination (PowerShell + CMD)

Environment:

• Claude Code: 2.1.33 (npm install)
• Node.js: v24.13.0
• Windows: 10.0.26200.0
• Terminals affected: PowerShell and CMD
• Was working ~12 hours ago

Description:
Keyboard inputs are not accepted reliably — random drops, seemingly no pattern.
Sessions also terminate without user action.
Affects both PowerShell and CMD, so not terminal-specific.
Downgrading to 2.1.32 (native install) did not fix the issue.
