Description

Running the /insights slash command immediately throws an error every time.

└ TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'Object.keys(b)')

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Claude Code in any project
  2. Run /insights
  3. Error is thrown immediately

Environment

  • Platform: macOS (Darwin 24.6.0)
  • Claude Code model: claude-opus-4-6
