[BUG] Unable to type in input box of claude code

What's Wrong?

IDE is connected in VS code but I am not able to type inside the claude code input box in the terminal. Attaching the screenshot. I can type anywhere else, usage of Claude Desktop Client is also not a problem. Claude code gives no response in terminal. There is no connection problem although.
