[Bug] Anthropic API Error: 500 Internal Server Error on Large Context

Bug Description
error when working for too long : ⎿  API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server
error"},"request_id":"req_011CXoMa8CsdUc5fktQA2Boh"} , may be it is not able to handle when context become big.
